R&D And Testing

To develop a product that meets the requirements plus does not succumb to the least favored external factors is the goal of our R&D and Testing department. With an in-house R&D department, a well-groomed team of experts, and the latest tools including CAD, CAE, ANSYS15, and more, we take only 10-12 weeks to develop a whole new product.

Once the product is developed, the testing team leaves no stone unturned to test the products against the odds. Using the latest Radial Fatigue Testing and Corner Fatigue Testing techniques, we reassure the quality of the end product.

Radial Fatigue Testing

  • Test range for Front wheel dia - 7’’ - 20’’
  • Test range for Rear wheel dia - 19’’ - 38’’
  • Max Radial Load- 100 KN
  • Speed – 20 – 100 Km/h
  • Special Facility of Putting a camber and slip angle

Corner Fatigue Testing

  • Test range for Front wheel dia - 7’’ - 20’’
  • Test range for Rear wheel dia - 19’’ - 38’’
  • Nominal Bending Moment- 0.5 – 10 KNm
