Tool Design & Manufacturing

To design sheet metal components of a product, we have a dedicated CAD(Computer-Aided Design) and CAM(Computer-Aided Manufacturing) department. The designers in this department are the experts of tool designing which reassures the quality of the end product. We use AutoCAD 2016 and Forming simulation for checking formability.

Once the design is ready, the manufacturing department takes hold on it. Our in-house manufacturing unit comes up with latest CNC machines. We also have a dedicated Conventional Turn Mill Center for turning and milling of the products.
