Our in-house paint shop uses the latest painting technique i.e. CED Coating. We also have a PLC controlled system and PT-CED for better dipping, contact time, superior quality, and higher salt spray life. Bhagwati Techno Fab comes up with a contemporary and liquid coating facility in a shed area of 15,000 Sq. ft. Our plant has full capacity for Small Wheels (1.50 Million/annum) and Rear Wheels(0.75 Million/annum).

We are committed to using the latest technology for producing high-quality products. The Japanese-technology based Electrostatic Guns(that we use for top coating) justifies our commitment. With the help of these guns, we get uniform & high-quality paint film with superior atomization.

  • Camel back oven for curing to give the best EMT and swift production
