At Bhagwati Techno Fab, we understand the importance of client requirements and the deadline associated with it. That’s why our manufacturing unit comes up with two separate rim lines for small and big rims. Separate rim units reflect better management of time and resources.

Talking about the rim lines machines, we have 3 HD AUTO ROLL FORMERS and 800 KVA & 1000 KVA FLASH BUTT WELDERS. The former comes up with automated loading and unloading feature which makes operator dependence technically zero, and the latter comes up with the capability to weld up to 9 mm, 38 inches rim sections.

FLASH BUTT WELDERS

Capability to weld up to 9 mm thick rim section and max diameter up to 38 inches

AUTO ROLL FORMERS

3 machines in both lines to achieve the minimum runout values
Automated loading and unloading, having operator dependence technically zero

PRESS SHOP

2 Separate Disc lines with presses starting from 1500 MT Press to 15 MT Presses
In total 32 Presses including hydraulic and Pneumatic-Mechanical
All Presses having parallelism maintained as per JIS standard for best accuracies in Disc and component manufacturing

HYD PRESS

Capability of forming most intricate and higher thickness disc profiles
